What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters come with an experienced crew, essential safety gear, fuel, and a selection of refreshments. The offerings differ depending on the charter type—for romantic cruises, expect premium drinks and light snacking options, whereas corporate charters may offer amenities suited for business needs, like meeting facilities and professional catering.
How far in advance should I book?
To secure your reservation, we suggest booking 2–3 weeks prior to your desired date. This is more critical during the busy season, which runs from May to September. For special occasions or corporate gatherings, it's best to reserve your yacht 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and to allow for any special requests or customizations.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our utmost concern. Unfavorable weather as judged by our captain can lead to rescheduling your charter to another available slot or a complete refund. Weather predictions are closely monitored, and we will get in touch with you 24 hours prior to your departure if the forecast is uncertain.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, guests may bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. We have exceptional catering services as well, capable of customizing dining experiences to suit your tastes. Note that for safety reasons, no glass containers are allowed on board.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We are committed to accommodating guests with diverse needs. Accessibility varies among our vessels, so we encourage you to reach out to us during the booking process to discuss particular requirements. We will recommend an appropriate yacht and make necessary preparations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours ahead of the scheduled departure are fully refundable. Those made between 24 to 72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of departure time, the fee is not refundable, unless the cancellation is due to adverse weather or mechanical complications on our end.
